Thank you for choosing Dastsaazi. We take pride in our handcrafted leather goods and strive to deliver them to you with the same care used to create them. Below are the details of our shipping operations within Pakistan.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during Eid sales or New Year promotions), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use reputable couriers like TCS, Leopards, and M&P to ensure your leather products arrive safely.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to facilitate a smooth handover with the courier agent.
5. Damages & Handling
Dastsaazi is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the package shows signs of tampering. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue for you.
6. International Shipping
Currently, Dastsaazi only ships within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our reach to international leather enthusiasts soon!
